The purpose of the article is a comprehensive study of the organizational and pedagogical conditions that ensure the formation of managerial competence and promote the professional self-improvement of managers in the People’s Republic of China, as well as the identification of opportunities for adapting this experience in international practice, particularly within the domestic system of education and management. The study analyzes four key organizational and pedagogical blocks of conditions that shape an integrated model of managerial training in China. The institutional block defines the strategic framework of educational policy, implemented through state support, research funding, the establishment of business schools, and partnerships between universities and corporations. The methodological block ensures the quality of the educational process through a competence-based approach, the use of case methods, and digital technologies. The socio-cultural block combines traditional values of Confucian ethics with the demands of globalization, fostering students’ soft skills, intercultural competence, and the ability to work in multinational teams. The psychological and pedagogical block complements this system by providing motivation, developing leadership qualities, resilience, and supporting individualized educational trajectories. The results of the study demonstrate that the Chinese model is an example of integrating state policy, university programs, corporate practices, and cultural factors into a unified system that prepares a new generation of managers capable of acting under conditions of global competition and technological change. Adapting the Chinese experience may become an important step in modernizing Ukrainian managerial education (integrating management programs into national development strategies, expanding the use of digital tools and case methods, paying attention to the development of soft skills and intercultural competence, and establishing systems of mentoring and psychological support for students). The implementation of these approaches in domestic practice will allow the formation of a competitive system of managerial training that meets contemporary challenges and contributes to the development of Ukraine’s economy.Downloads
