In professional education in Ukraine, educators play an important role as they contribute to the development of professional skills of future specialists and their readiness for employment. They not only impart knowledge but also facilitate the development of practical skills necessary for successful entry into the job market. In the context of globalization, ensuring the European dimension in the training of educators is a fundamental component of the process of cultural redefinition and the course towards European integration. The goal of this work is to identify the main perspectives and trends regarding the role and significance of training educators in Ukraine. One of the key components of globalization is cultural exchange between countries. In the intensification of this process, it is crucial for educational personnel to be prepared to work in an international environment. Method – through a literary analysis, key tasks of the work are revealed. The results show that ensuring the European dimension in the training of educators for professional education involves the development of intercultural competence among participants in the educational process, as well as the integration of relevant disciplines and courses in the curriculum aimed at bringing together different cultures and traditions. One perspective in the training of educators is the active implementation of language policy, which will promote the development of language competence among instructors and students, as well as facilitate communication in an international environment. It is also important to implement international projects and exchange programs for educators, which will allow instructors to gain new knowledge and experience in the field of education and exchange cultural values with colleagues from other countries. In conclusion, training educators with a European dimension should become a priority for educational institutions in Ukraine to ensure a high quality of education and the preparation of professionals who are ready to work in the conditions of globalization and cultural diversity. Embracing the pan-European principles of skills training and qualification of educators will deepen the argumentation regarding the Ukrainian education system and offer new solutions and perspectives.
