Abstract

The purpose of the article is to reveal the axiological foundations of the formation of the management culture of the future manager in today's conditions. The main research methods are the analysis of scientific sources, the systematization of information to assess the available advantages of the axiological foundations of the formation of the managerial culture of the future manager. The results of the study revealed that the formation of the management culture of the future manager is a complex and multifaceted process that includes not only professional knowledge and skills, but also certain value orientations. The axiological principles underlying the management culture offer its fundamental principles and goals, form the ethical and moral context of the future manager's activities. It was found that the managerial culture of the future manager covers a complex of interrelated aspects (observance of ethical standards, leadership, effective communication, innovativeness, teamwork, strategic thinking, social responsibility, development of the manager's personality). The axiological principles of the formation of the management culture of the future manager are defined, in particular: global thinking, sustainability, adaptability, creativity, empathy, digital literacy, ethical use of artificial intelligence. It was found that the formation of management culture of future managers on axiological grounds requires a complex approach. The ways of effective formation of management culture of future managers are outlined. Among them: integration of value aspects into educational programs, practical tasks and projects, role-playing and simulations, lectures and seminars, practical experience, environment and culture of the educational institution, introspection and reflection, assessment and feedback. The conclusions revealed that the axiological principles of the formation of the management culture of the future manager remain and remain extremely important and provide an opportunity to receive professional training of ethical, responsible and competent leaders who are able to lead the organization to success in the complex and changing conditions of the modern world.
