Social and Psychological Training as a Method of Interactive Learning in the Process of Training Future Psychologists for Social and Psychological Support of Citizens in War Conditions

In the context of a full-scale war, the need for specialists capable of providing high-quality social and psychological support to the population, in particular to those who have experienced traumatic events, loss of loved ones, forced displacement, or are in a state of chronic stress, is growing significantly. Future psychologists face the challenge not only of mastering theoretical knowledge but also of acquiring practical skills in dealing with crisis conditions, post-traumatic stress disorder, and other consequences of traumatic events.
The prevailing trend at the current stage of higher education development is practical orientation. The need for students to develop practical skills is dictated by the requirements of the labor market and contributes to the competitiveness of graduates, which is considered a key indicator of the level of quality training of a specialist.
The purpose of this article is to research the theoretical aspects of social and psychological training as a method of interactive learning in the process of training future psychologists for social and psychological support of citizens in war.
The objectives of this paper were to carry out a theoretical analysis of the essence of socio-psychological training as a method of interactive learning in the professional training of future psychologists, to determine the specifics of socio-psychological support for citizens in the conditions of martial law and post-traumatic stress, to determine the advantages of using training technologies in the context of the professional development of future psychologists.
The complex of methods to solving the problems of scientific paper such as theoretical analysis and synthesis of ideas, results, theoretical statements (explained in scientific literature), generalization and systematization of the results of available investigations of highlighted issue was used.
Study results. The features of social and psychological training as a method that combines theoretical training with practical skills development through modeling real situations, role-playing, group dynamics and reflective analysis are analyzed.
Particular attention is paid to the adaptation of training methods to the conditions of work in crisis situations.
The authors describes her own experience of conducting classes in the context of social and psychological training.
Conclusions. It is emphasized that the interactive learning format contributes not only to better assimilation of theoretical knowledge, but also to the development of practical skills for quick adaptation to unpredictable and stressful situations.
Social and psychological training as a method of interactive learning allows you to simulate real-life situations, practice emotional regulation techniques, active listening, and effective communication. This contributes to the formation of the necessary professional competencies in future psychologists, as well as the development of personal resilience, which is critical for working in conditions of prolonged social tension.
