Assessment of the impact of digital technologies on the formation of profes-sional competencies of future educators in Ukraine

In modern conditions, digital transformation is one of the main directions of modernization of education. In the context of global changes and Ukraine's integration into the European educational space, it is relevant to analyze the effectiveness of using innovative tools to form the competencies of future teachers. The purpose of this article is to study the impact of digital technologies on the quality of training of pedagogical personnel in Ukraine. Methods. In the research the analysis method to process scientific sources on the digitalization of higher pedagogical education was used, as well as a comparative method to assess domestic experience in the context of leading educational practices. Results. It was found that digital transformation involves the introduction of new technologies into the educational process and also organizational changes in the functioning of higher pedagogical education institutions. This process includes updating curricula, training teachers to work with digital resources, and blended education formats. The study assessed the effectiveness of digital technologies in training programs for future educators according to qualitative and quantitative criteria. In particular, the results of the implementation of digital learning platforms, the effectiveness of interactive teaching methods, feedback from students on the use of online resources, as well as the level of success in mastering material in digital format are analyzed. Conclusions. Thus, digital technologies have a significant impact on the quality of training of future educators in Ukraine, contributing to the modernization of educational processes, individualization of learning and increasing the accessibility of education. Successful transformation of pedagogical education is possible only under the condition of a comprehensive approach that combines technological innovations, methodological adaptation and active interaction between students, teachers and educational institutions. Digitalization of education is not only a challenge, but also an opportunity to improve the quality of training of future teachers in Ukraine, which will allow creating a competitive education system focused on global standards and requirements of the modern labor market.
