Peculiarities of forming an individual coaching style

Abstract

This work identifies and characterizes the peculiarities of shaping the individual style of a sports coach with respect to the social context of his professional activity, which affects two directions: the process of transferring his training to his students social knowledge accumulated by humanity, and the process of transformation into unnecessary activity; the ways of advancing the level of professional activity of a trainer in terms of “operational and technical” abilities (knowledge, intelligence, skills) of the trainer and the level of his spiritual culture have been analyzed; analyzed the main benefits of a trainer-implementation, formulated on the basis of a theoretical analysis of normative, informational and methodological documents for specialty A 7 “Physical culture and sports” (the need for professional training knowledge, knowledge, skills, skillful dealing with people, mother of a high rank of Volodin, professionally necessary skills, conducting continuous enlightenment and self-illumination, skillfully conducting divine work with disciples); the peculiarities of inter-personal relationships in the “coach-athlete” system are revealed; characterized by pedagogical knowledge and skills as the main components of the qualification characteristics of the coach (psychological and pedagogical knowledge about the goals, training, principles, methods and techniques of training and development of the athlete’s characteristics, directly for shaping evidence of any activity); the forms and methods of organizing sports work of coaches and athletes are indicated; The methods of organizing the meaningful life of people involved in the sphere of sports have been revealed and directly, which allows us to connect to this work coaches, athletes, and a large number of people from various spheres of science, culture, and national government.
