Research methodsanalysis and synthesis of scientific sources, systematization and generalization of theoretical approaches, comparative-historical method, as well as cultural-psychological analysis aimed at identifying the role of national values in maintaining the mental health of future philologists. Results. The study considers the strategic role of a philologist as a bearer of humanitarian resilience in the face of modern psychological challenges. It is emphasized that the mental health of a future philologist encompasses not only emotional stability but also the ability for self-reflection, critical thinking, moral choice, and adaptation to change. The development of these qualities takes place in the cultural-psychological dimension, particularly through the assimilation of cultural identity, psychological reflection, and social experience. The educational process in philological studies provides conditions for emotional regulation, the development of ethical judgment, and the strengthening of the individual’s inner integrity. Engagement with national texts, cultural symbols, and humanitarian discourse contributes to the formation of existential meaning and psychological well-being. In this context, the philologist appears as a transmitter of values that support mental health at both the individual and collective levels. Conclusions. The article reveals a complex of means for fostering the mental health of future philologists in the cultural-psychological dimension. Emphasis is placed on the integration of humanitarian education, psychoeducation, cultural reflection, and artistic interaction as key factors in the development of inner resilience, identity, and ethical maturity.
