Objective. The study focuses on substantiating the role of high-quality vocational guidance for youth in wartime, analyzing the potential opportunities of modern approaches to its implementation. Methods. The research process used scientific methods of analysis and synthesis, theoretical grouping, formalization, and logical generalization of results. Results. The study focuses on the impact of wartime conditions on the system of professional orientation of youth. It examines individual concepts of the draft Concept of Professional Orientation and Career Counseling in the Education System of Ukraine for 2025–2027. It is substantiated that modern approaches to youth career guidance should be focused on ensuring the competitiveness of graduates in the labor market, forming their holistic personality for the conscious implementation of their own choice of educational and professional vectority. The article analyzes the main approaches to the implementation of career guidance at different levels of school education, based on the key formula of a holistic comprehensive approach, inclusiveness, leveling gender and socio-psychological stereotypes and limitations. It is emphasized that career guidance of youth in wartime should be based on the methodology of a personally oriented approach, which involves creativity and dialogicity, stimulation of individual development, and ensuring the possibility of making independent decisions. Conclusions. The article substantiates the importance of integrating innovative concepts of professional orientation of youth in times of military challenges, which should be aimed at the development of "soft" skills and psychological support of graduates of general secondary education institutions for the implementation of the correct choice of educational and professional direction of personal self-realization. It is proved that career guidance in the modern context should assimilate the concepts of creativity, individualization of education and communicative and social orientation.Downloads
