The article provides a theoretical and methodological rationale for the process of forming aesthetic competence among future bachelor’s degree students in professional education through the study of specialized disciplines. The relevance of the research is substantiated in the context of the sociocultural demands of the modern educational environment and the need for a new generation of educators capable not only of transmitting knowledge but also of shaping students’ aesthetic perception of the world, refined artistic taste, and creative sensitivity to beauty in the professional sphere. Scientific and theoretical approaches to interpreting the concept of "aesthetic competence" are outlined, and the key methodological foundations for its development within higher education are analyzed. Special attention is given to identifying the functional potential of professional disciplines as content modules for implementing interdisciplinary aesthetic education. It is argued that the development of aesthetic competence must be systematic and based on the integration of cognitive, value-based, and activity-oriented approaches. In this context, the importance of visual culture, the emotional and imaginative component of learning, the use of interactive and project-based technologies, and the creation of an educational environment open to artistic and aesthetic reflection are emphasized. The study characterizes the content-based, technological, and learner-centered aspects of teaching professional disciplines, which together provide conditions for the harmonious integration of cognitive and emotional-value components into the learning process. An analytical review of professional course syllabi, including “General and Professional Pedagogy”, “Formation of Value-Based Worldview”, “History of Pedagogy”, “SMM Management in Education,” “Leadership and Administration” and “Fundamentals of Pedagogical Mastery”, demonstrates their potential for integrating aesthetic components into the training of future educators. A set of methodological guidelines is proposed to enhance the aesthetic potential of professional training. The research findings may be used to improve the content of educational programs and to design interdisciplinary courses with an aesthetic focus.
