The article reveals the essence, directions and models of intersectoral interaction in the process of rehabilitation of children affected by military actions. The relevance of an integrated approach to restoring the physical, psycho-emotional, social and educational well-being of a child in crisis conditions caused by an armed conflict is emphasized. Results: an analysis of modern scientific research, regulatory documents and examples of implementation of programs of international and national organizations (UNICEF, WHO, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Ministry of Health of Ukraine, Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine) is carried out. The focus is on a comparative characteristic of models of intersectoral interaction (segmented, coordination and integrated), identification of their advantages, limitations and potential for scaling. Particular attention is paid to the role of the educational environment in stabilizing the psycho-emotional state of children, inclusive technologies in the context of educational rehabilitation, as well as social support, psychological assistance and health and recreational physical activity as components of a comprehensive support model. Approaches to interagency coordination and multidisciplinary teamwork in the system of child assistance focused on their needs are summarized. It is concluded that the effectiveness of rehabilitation measures directly depends on the level of integration of actions of different sectors and the presence of a stable system of communication, monitoring and responsibility. An integrated model of interaction is determined as the most effective for ensuring continuous, targeted and holistic support for children affected by military actions. Priorities for the further implementation of such models in educational, social and medical institutions of Ukraine are outlined.
