Theoretical foundations of preparation of students of economic specialties for future pedagogical activity

Article is devoted to studying of the theoretical principles of training of students of economic specialties for future pedagogical activity. It is defined that training of other people of economic literacy, inclusion in the changeable economic relations, their active adaptation to a certain social and economic reality, transfer of new experience of professional activity by it demand from the expert of the economic sphere of pedagogical competence. Opinions of domestic and foreign scientists on a problem of formation of pedagogical competence of future experts of an economic profile are analysed. The author defined the concept "pedagogical competence of future expert of the economic sphere" as the systems of its professionally significant properties which provides the subject nature of its participation in development of productive forces and relations of production that allows it to carry out freely the choice of productive images of activity, behavior and the relations and also to achieve the best results due to professional and personal self-development and development of personnel with which he cooperates. It performs certain functions in professional economic activity of the expert of the economic sphere, namely: humanitarization; kognitivnost; ratsionaliziya; creativity; communicativeness. It is studied that a basis of optimization of professional and pedagogical training of future experts of the economic sphere are the principles of reflexivity, interactivity and a proyektivnost. It is noted that technological support of training of students of economic specialties is defined by purposes of the periods of adaptation, identification, technologization, conceptualization. Studying of scientific sources allowed to establish that technological support of professional and pedagogical training of specialists of the economic sphere is carried out in three phases: reflexive; valuable; projective. At the same time the general pedagogical preparation gains complete character, is provided formation of professional and pedagogical competence of the expert of the economic sphere.
