Abstract

Research objective – to define the importance of axiological approach in vocational training of future teacher of vocational education. Methods. The study was conducted on the basis of methods of analysis and generalization, which allowed us to highlight the key provisions of the axiological approach as a relevant direction in the philosophy of education and professional training of future teachers of vocational education. Results.  In article the analysis of the leading domestic and foreign researches in the field of formation of valuable reference points at future teachers of vocational education and an axiological component of system of professional pedagogical education is provided. Need of formation of valuable orientations of the identity of future teachers of vocational education in the course of vocational training is proved. Axiological approach is considered as the humanistic direction of philosophy of education which theoretical provisions are proved the concept of development of the world and the person in the uniform system of the values, the relations, estimates and valuable orientations based on the idea of harmonization. Features of axiological approach are defined. Vocational training of future teachers of vocational education in the context of axiological approach becomes a condition of familiarizing with spiritual bases and development of sociocultural professional and personal features. Conclusions. The covered theoretical basics of axiological approach and practical aspects which influence process of vocational training of future teachers of vocational education provided in article, supplement basic provisions and a technique of professional education. Professional training of future teachers of vocational education, based on an axiological approach, contributes to solving the current problems of modern education related to the development of a system of educational and professional values in students: awareness of the social and personal significance of the teaching profession, its humanistic mission and understanding of one's own attitude to the basic values of the profession, as well as the motives that ensure professional development.
