Communicative culture of future teacher of physical training: features, conditions and model of formation

Abstract

Article is devoted to identification of features, definition of a complex of pedagogical conditions and development of model of formation of communicative culture of future teacher of physical training in pedagogical higher education institution.

In structure of communicative culture of the identity of future teacher of physical training the leading directions need to be considered a humanization and humanitarization of an education system which are designed to promote performance by applicants of formation of practical tasks of mastering the culture of language, emergence of respect between them and teachers, development in them of personal potential, including self-respect. It is found out that formation of communicative culture of future teacher of physical training will be especially effective, than more he will be directed to creation of conditions for constant search, restoration of receptions and ways of professional activity. The complex of pedagogical conditions of formation of communicative culture of future teacher of physical training in pedagogical higher education institution is defined: inclusion of applicants of education on educational environment; involvement of applicants of education to educational design activity; performance by applicants of formation of educational projects; reflection of applicants of education; existence of model and technology of formation of communicative culture of future teacher of physical training and an opportunity their use for optimization of educational process.

In a research the used complex of empirical and theoretical methods: theoretical analysis of references, methodical recommendations and normative documents; studying and synthesis of pedagogical experiment on the studied problem; modeling.

The matrix model of stage-by-stage formation of communicative culture of future teacher of physical training in pedagogical higher education institution is developed. It comprises elements (the purpose, a problem of a stage, contents, forms of the organization, means of implementation expected results, pedagogical conditions) and stages (diagnostic, adaptation, the main and final) implementation of formation of communicative culture, including the maintenance of each element of model at each stage of its implementation.

Prospects of a further research of a problem of formation of communicative culture of future teachers of physical training seem in studying of opportunities of design technologies of training and professional development.
