Means Of Formation Of Military-Applied Motor Skills Of Cadets In The Context Of The Legal Regime Of Martial Law

The article investigates the influence of weightlifting means on the formation of military-applied motor skills of cadets of higher military educational institutions in the process of physical training in the conditions of legal regime of martial law in the state. The positive effect of the use of weightlifting tools on the formation of military-applied motor skills of cadets is established. The purpose of the study is to investigate the influence of weightlifting means on the formation of military-applied motor skills of cadets of universities. Research methods: analysis of scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical observation, pedagogical testing, methods of mathematical statistics. Results. It is revealed that the best better (p≤0.05-0,001) indicators in grenade throwing, march-kicks for 10 km and shuttle run 6x100 m in cadets engaged in the means of weightlifting courses. Conclusions. According to the results of the study, it is advisable to recommend the means of weightlifting for use by cadets in the process of physical training in Higher education in the conditions of martial law in order to form military-applied motor skills and to ensure physical readiness for military-professional and combat activities.
