Changes in the educational sphere caused by digitalization stimulate the search for new approaches to combining traditional and modern concepts. The purpose of the article was to study modern methods of professional development of teachers in the conditions of digital transformation of education, to analyze their effectiveness and impact on the adaptation of educators to changes in the educational process. To achieve the set goal, a set of general scientific methods was used, in particular analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization and systematization. During the study, key areas of innovative activity in the educational environment were identified. These areas included mobile and distance learning, immersive technologies, gamification of the educational process, interactive technologies, artificial intelligence. It was noted that advanced training is a key condition for the successful professional activity of a teacher, as it contributes to his adaptation to modern educational trends. In modern conditions, the professional development of teachers is becoming a complex process that requires effective management through the introduction of new approaches and technologies. Mastering digital tools is not only a factor in improving professional activity, but also a guarantee of maintaining the continuity of the educational process in the conditions of martial law in Ukraine.  It has been found that the use of artificial intelligence helps improve the quality of the educational process and the effectiveness of teachers' educational activities. The main forms of professional activity of teachers in the process of advanced training have been identified, in particular, participation in professional events and educational initiatives, holding a methodological day, studying advanced pedagogical experience and receiving methodological assistance. The diversity and content richness of these forms contribute to the professional growth, self-development and adaptation of teachers to changes occurring in the education system under the influence of digitalization. The conclusions state that modern approaches to improving the skills of teaching staff should be flexible, innovative, and focused on constantly updating digital competencies in line with technological changes in the educational environment.
