The problem of forming professional readiness of master vocalists for artistic and creative activity is relevant in modern conditions, because it is the performing activity of professional soloists that allows presenting in their work the world achievements of musical culture, transformed in their own expressions of artistic interpretation of original solo repertoire collections, thanks to the arrangement of thematic programs, purposeful aesthetic and intellectual enrichment of the audience. Preparation for this type of performing creativity of solo vocalists takes place in the mode of a complex combination of all constants of the theoretical and practical cycle, purposeful integrative interconnection of all disciplines, due to which the process of training master vocalists in master classes of teachers-vocalists for professional solo performing artistic and creative activity is intensified. The publication presents the main stages of diagnosing the current level of professional readiness of master vocalists of the faculties of arts of Ukrainian universities who aspire to pursue a professional solo career. Professional training of performers of the chamber and concert direction of professional self-realization should also take into account the early planning of future repertoire collections, the development of creative projects of solo performing art, which ensure the readiness of modern specialists for the realities of performing practice. Artistic performance of vocal works from the cultural heritage of different times and cultural traditions of the World actualizes the need to master special professional techniques of work on perfect artistic and performing models of vocal works from the repertoire collection, the skills of generating artistic and creative ideas, appropriate arrangement of the repertoire by thematic orientation, etc.
The publication highlights the course of the ascertaining experiment and the stages of diagnosing the existing level of professional readiness of master vocalists for artistic and creative activity.
