Modern educational practice in Ukraine is aimed at the comprehensive development of the individual, preparing him for active life and professional activity, and in-depth mastery of material and spiritual values. Successful resolution of these issues involves further improvement of the educational process, making it effective and consistent, and creating pedagogical conditions for implementing priority areas of training young people to acquire the necessary socio-cultural and professional experience. In this regard, the tasks related to the aesthetic education of future specialists in the system of higher legal education are becoming particularly acute and relevant. The need to successfully solve these problems necessitates scientific and pedagogical research related to the substantiation of conceptual aspects of aesthetic education of future lawyers, the development of a comprehensive program for the formation of aesthetic culture of specialists in the field of law and law enforcement, experimental testing of pedagogical technologies that would meet the requirements of modern theory and practice of aesthetic education.
The article highlights the current problems of aesthetic education of future specialists in the system of higher legal education. It concerns the substantive aspects of aesthetic education of future lawyers, the procedural nature of aesthetic and educational practice, organizational support and the creation of effective pedagogical conditions for the formation of the aesthetic culture of the individual.
Based on the results of theoretical analysis and experimental work, the need for: the relevance of aesthetic factors in the process of professional training of future specialists in the field of law and law enforcement activities was emphasized; procedural provision of aesthetic and educational influence taking into account past, present and future experience of interaction with aesthetic values; introduction of organizational and pedagogical conditions in educational practice, which provide for the targeted development of the components of the aesthetic culture of the lawyer's personality, establishing a fruitful dialogue at the emotional, intellectual and activity levels, as well as effectively involving various types of aesthetic environments as a means of mastering the world of beauty in the legal profession.
