Abstract

The article provides a theoretical substantiation and empirical analysis of the pedagogical conditions for the formation of the ability of future officers of the National Guard of Ukraine to use the unit's regular weapons in the process of professional development in higher military educational institutions.

The key pedagogical conditions are identified and systematized, including: modeling of combat situations, integration of combat experience, comprehensive firearms training, formation of motivational and value sphere, technical support, diagnostics and interdisciplinary integration. A structural and logical model for the implementation of pedagogical conditions has been developed that combines pedagogical, technical, tactical and psychological aspects of the educational process, taking into account the needs of combat capability.

A system of criteria for assessing the level of formation of cadets' combat competencies is outlined.

Attention is focused on the feasibility of introducing modern multimedia simulators and AR/VR technologies as tools for adapting to the characteristics of modern and foreign weapons, as well as improving the quality of combat competence.

Examples of the successful use of AR/VR technologies that contribute to the readiness of cadets for real combat operations are considered. Particular attention is paid to the practical significance of training games, in particular the Tactical Fire Maneuver, which integrates theoretical knowledge with practice, activates motivation and forms reflective thinking, the ability to make effective decisions in combat.
