Conclusions. The article examines the impact of computer technologies on the process of educating young people in the conditions of a modern information society. It analyzes the positive and negative aspects of the digital environment, which affects the formation of behavior and worldview of the younger generation. It also reveals the conditions that allow teachers to effectively use information technologies in the educational process. The use of digital tools in education becomes effective only if there is a critical approach to content, the formation of digital literacy of both teachers and students, and the active involvement of parents in regulating the child's information space. Only in this way will computer technologies become not a threat, but a resource for the development of a responsible, conscious and moral personality. Information technologies have a double impact on young people. On the one hand, they are a source of wide opportunities for the development of personal skills and abilities and a means of rapid acquisition of knowledge, the formation of information culture by providing access to high-quality educational resources. On the other hand, these technologies have negative consequences for the moral and psycho-emotional development of a young person, as the level of live communication decreases and dependence on gadgets increases. In the process of educating a person, teachers should not only possess digital skills, but also develop digital hygiene skills. The results of modern pedagogical research show that the harmonious combination of traditional methods of education with innovative digital approaches contributes to increasing the effectiveness of the educational process.
