Reflexive-conscious aspect of forming readiness of students of faculties of arts to implement innovations in professional activity

The article reveals the features of readiness of students of faculties of arts to implement innovations from the position of reflexive-conscious construct, which is focused on tracking the algorithm of comprehension by future teachers of music of the aesthetic picture of the musical world, their own learning and professional activity through reflections and reflexive actions. It has been revealed that the core of the reflexive-conscious component is formed by existing attitudes, values, and norms that enable the launch of the mechanism of self-development, self-construction in the profession, and rethinking of one's essence in relation to professional norms and worldview. The criterion of reflexive-conscious structural component is determined, which is the degree of conscious ability of students of faculties of arts to analytically evaluate musical and pedagogical activity. The indicators of this criterion are determined, namely: the ability to analyze various aspects of musical and pedagogical work (focus on recording the main stages of musical and pedagogical activity, inclusion of self-reflective actions regarding emotional moods, states, thoughts, etc.); the manifestation of the ability to evaluate works of art (the central indicator in reflecting the depth and maturity of students' artistic worldview, which affects the process of evaluating artistic works that align with their musical preferences, tastes, ideals, and value orientations); the ability to use multimedia techniques and tools (demonstrates students' ability to act through the use of multimedia as a complex influence on the senses, as a means of presenting and storing various types of information, etc.). The significant importance of the reflexive-conscious construct has been proven for the formation of the readiness of students of the faculties of arts to implement innovations is revealed, which makes it possible to launch the mechanism of self-development, build oneself in the profession and rethink one's nature in relation to professional norms and worldview.
