Production and technological competencies of using information technologies in aviation industry management

The article presents an analysis of the production and technological competencies of the use of information technologies in aviation management. The purpose of the study was to analyze and generalize the key components of production and technological competencies and present the methodological basis and content of examples of practical classes for aviation managers on the topic "Features of the use of information technologies in aviation management". The research methodology is built on a synergistic approach, based on the generalization, comparison, interdependence of the components of professional competence and content analysis of scientific sources regarding the theoretical positions of the content component of production and technological competencies of future specialists with the use of a presentation of the author's methodological developments in the field of information technologies in aviation management.
It is emphasized that only a competent specialist in aviation management is able to meet the challenges of digital modernity with new technological solutions and innovations. It is emphasized that production and technological competence can be interpreted as a certain level of readiness of a future specialist in aviation management for safe information interaction with all stakeholders of the educational process, communication and joint projects (using real digital resources), solving complex professional tasks using information technology tools.
It is emphasized that the practical experience gained during the performance of production tasks in practical classes allows you to perform work effectively and qualitatively, make informed decisions, and adapt to new conditions and technologies. The acquired production and technological competences determine the self-organized personality of a future specialist in the aviation industry, who shows readiness for constant learning and improvement of his knowledge, skills, abilities, and is also able to quickly master new information technologies.
Particular attention is paid to the methodological basis and content of the presented examples of practical classes for aviation industry managers on the topic "Features of the use of information technologies in aviation industry management".
It is summarized that understanding technological processes, the ability to use equipment, solve technical problems, self-awareness of personal activity, self-organization of a specialist, his ability to constantly learn, adapt to the rapidity and implementation of innovations in the information and technological environment become the main principles for the readiness for production and technological activities of an effective specialist in aviation industry management.
