Innovative Approaches to Teaching Academic Integrity Using Artificial Intelligence

The relevance of the study is determined by the need to rethink approaches to teaching academic integrity in the context of rapid digitalization of education and active introduction of artificial intelligence (hereinafter referred to as AI) technologies into the educational process. Modern generative models, automated abstract systems, and text assistants provide participants in the educational process with new opportunities, but at the same time raise ethical issues, particularly in the context of independent task completion and compliance with academic standards. The purpose of the article is to provide a theoretical justification and analysis of the potential for using artificial intelligence tools in the process of forming academic integrity, as well as to develop proposals for pedagogical approaches and cases for their integration into the educational environment, taking into account the advantages and possible risks. The study employs a comprehensive methodologicalapproach that includes a comparative analysis of scientific literature and contemporary publications in the field of academic integrity and artificial intelligence. Using synthesis and generalization methods, existing theoretical positions were systematized, leading innovative practices were identified, and their advantages in the context of forming an ethical educational environment were assessed. The results of the analysis show that the integration of artificial intelligence tools into the process of forming academic integrity contributes to a deeper understanding of the value of ethical principles by students, activates a personal attitude to this topic, and strengthens the motivation to adhere to the norms of academic honesty. Adaptive learning modules created using AI allow for the individual needs and level of preparation of students to be taken into account, which significantly increases the effectiveness of educational interaction. The conclusions emphasize that artificial intelligence in teaching academic integrity should be viewed not as an alternative to teachers, but as a tool that expands their capabilities. Promising areas include the development of models for ethical support for the use of AI in education, improving the digital ethical competence of teachers, and integrating ethical principles into the functionality of AI-based educational platforms. Particular emphasis is placed on the need to preserve the humanistic orientation of the educational process in the context of technological progress.
