Abstract

In the context of the rapid development of digital technologies, an important direction of modern pedagogical science is the correct implementation of relevant software complexes, including EER, into the educational process. This cannot be achieved without detailed planning of user interaction with information and communication teaching tools during their development. At the same time, the materials studied during the examination of scientific and pedagogical sources indicate that this topic has not been sufficiently developed in domestic scientific thought. In this context, the article's main goal was to reveal important aspects of the UX design of electronic educational resources, and system analysis was chosen as the methodological basis for the study. Therefore, the article details the essence of the concept of UX design and defines its place and significance in creating modern software products. Special attention is paid to describing the key stages of planning user interaction with educational programs. The focus is that designing the user experience of interacting with a program can be done with the help of a classic graphical interface, and using voice commands, specialized movements, or gestures in space. This factor must be considered when creating digital software solutions, including educational ones. Much of the work is devoted to revealing the defining features of the UX design of electronic educational resources compared to commercial products. The main categories of users, differences in defining the purpose of creating such digital solutions, general approaches to organizing navigation in the system, and, in general, ways of interacting with such programs are indicated. In view of the spread of artificial intelligence technologies, attention is also drawn to the importance of defining its place and role in ensuring a high-quality educational process already at the stage of developing electronic resources. The example given with an analysis of generalized learning management systems complements the material presented in the article. The conclusions summarize the study's results and indicate directions for further research on this topic.
