Abstract

Abstract. The relevance of the study lies in the growing problem of postural disorders in mature women, which lead to a decrease in the functionality of the musculoskeletal system, and the increased interest in non-invasive correction methods, in particular oriental health systems. Despite numerous studies of the effectiveness of these practices, a systematic analysis of scientific cooperation and key areas remains insufficiently studied, which complicates the optimization of research efforts and the identification of promising areas. Understanding the structure of scientific ties and identifying leading researchers is critically important for forming a holistic view of the development of this issue and developing effective preventive and health programs. The purpose of the study is to conduct a network analysis of researchers' cooperation on the correction of posture disorders in women of the first period of mature age using oriental health systems based on bibliometric data from the Scopus database. Methods of research: bibliometric analysis, clustering method, visualization method (mapping), network analysis. The results of research based on a bibliometric analysis of 371 scientific papers from the Scopus database, revealed 18 research clusters that reflect groups of collaborating authors and subject areas. The five largest clusters demonstrate diverse approaches: Cluster 1 (Wayne P.M.) focuses on the therapeutic use of tai chi for postural control, Cluster 2 (Zhang Y., Yang J.) on clinical trials of qigong for post-stroke patients. Cluster 3 (Mooney K., Ni M.) investigates the biomechanics of yoga, Cluster 4 (Cramer H., Dobos G.) is a meta-study of yoga, and Cluster 5 (Wang C.) is a biomechanical analysis of tai chi movements. Key authors in each cluster were identified based on weight, total strength of connections, and number of papers, confirming their leadership role and contribution. Conclusions. The network analysis conducted allowed us to identify and systematize key areas, leading authors and the dynamics of research development in the field of correction of posture disorders in mature women using oriental health systems. The relevance of the problem of postural disorders was established and the effectiveness of oriental practices for improving muscle strength, balance and postural control was confirmed. Further research should be aimed at deepening the understanding of the mechanisms of influence, developing individualized programs and studying factors that contribute to long-term adherence to these practices. The development of international scientific cooperation, identified in this analysis, is of crucial importance for accelerating scientific research and improving the health of mature women.
