Abstract

The article examines the readiness of teachers and students to integrate modern technologies in the process of online learning in the context of training physical education specialists. The primary purpose of the study is to assess the level of adoption of digital skills by teachers and students, in particular, to analyze their impact on the quality of the educational process. Methods. The analysis methods were used to process scientific sources, clarify the functionality of the electronic platforms Moodle, Google Classroom, Prometheus, EdWay, Kahoot, Quizizz, Padlet and Flipgrid, their advantages and disadvantages, and identify obstacles to the use of digital technologies. The survey conducted among teachers and students provided quantitative data on the satisfaction and effectiveness of the use of electronic resources, and outlined the problems of the educational process. The results of the study proved that the majority of teachers and students are actively involved in the use of electronic resources in learning, which indicates a high level of integration of distance technologies into the educational process. However, many teachers and students noted that the quality of these resources needs improvement, which necessitates raising content standards. Participants in the educational process recognize the effectiveness of electronic resources for learning, noting flexibility as a main advantage. However, some of them faced technical difficulties and emphasized insufficient support, which emphasizes the importance of a reliable infrastructure. The availability of the necessary electronic resources and the willingness to continue to use them in the future indicate a positive dynamic of the implementation of distance learning. It is noted that teachers prefer the use of video materials, test tasks and articles. Among students, the most productive are videos and online courses, which indicates the feasibility of their more active integration into the educational process. The conclusions of the study emphasize the importance of increasing the digital literacy of teachers, improving the quality of electronic resources and providing technical support for the effective use of distance platforms in the training of physical education specialists. The development of methodological recommendations is a key factor in optimizing the educational process in distance learning conditions.
