Abstract

The main attention has been focused on the analysis of practical mechanisms for the formation of professional culture in future managers during their bachelor's degree training. To achieve this goal, we have solved the following tasks: to summarise the potential of the acmeological approach in the formation of professional culture of future managers; to characterise the range of organisational and pedagogical conditions that have a positive impact on the formation of professional culture and to outline practical mechanisms for their implementation in the educational process.

In the process of forming a high level of professional culture in students of speciality 073 «Management», it has been recommended to introduce an acmeological approach into professional training, which is considered as a leading methodological guideline for the development of a professionally successful personality of a future manager. It has been found that the acmeological approach has a significant potential for optimising the educational process, helps to stimulate the internal ambitions of future managers in the field of professional culture formation.

In the methodological context, the acmeological approach has allowed us to identify a range of organisational and pedagogical conditions that have a positive impact on the formation of future managers' professional culture: 1) creation of a «positive acme-space» in higher educational institutions to transform external motivation into internal motivation and strengthen the reflection in terms of understanding the value of professional culture for future activities; 2) enriching the content of the discipline «Management» with acmeological issues about the cultural foundations of professional activity of a manager and effective ways of forming professional culture; 3) filling the educational process of the disciplines of the cycle of general training with interactive acmeological technologies to improve personal and professional traits and qualities to achieve «acme» in the formation of professional culture. The author of the article has described methodological and practical aspects of implementation of the identified organisational and pedagogical conditions. Based on the usage of pedagogical modelling, we have suggested conceptual provisions for the development of a structural model for the formation of professional culture of future managers.

It has been found that the introduction of organisational and pedagogical conditions and a structural model into the professional training of future managers will help to create a positive acmeological educational space in the teaching of professionally oriented disciplines and significantly improve professional culture.
