Abstract

Professional training of manicurists in the USA is considered a vital component of the vocational education system, combining innovative educational practices, quality standards, and modern approaches to the development of professional competencies. The growing demand for beauty industry specialists makes the issue of implementing the latest training methods, which focus on integrating theoretical training, practical skills, and digital educational tools, relevant. Analysis of accredited programs enables us to identify the most effective pedagogical models that ensure the competitiveness of graduates in the field of nail technology. The purpose of the study is to identify key features of innovative methods of professional training of manicurists in accredited educational institutions in the USA and assess their impact on the quality of the educational process. The research methods are based on a systematic analysis of scientific, educational, and methodological literature, a generalization of international experience in vocational education, a study of official accreditation standards (NACCAS), as well as a comparative analysis of the curricula of leading American nail technology schools. The application of these methods enabled the identification of pedagogical innovations that contribute to the formation of professional competence in future specialists. The results of the study showed that the effectiveness of training manicurists in the USA is determined by the integration of theoretical and practical components, the use of digital technologies in training, the implementation of modular programs and the development of postgraduate support. An important factor is the partnership of educational institutions with professional salons, which provides students with the opportunity to gain practical experience in real labor market conditions. Accreditation standards play a significant role in regulating the quality of programs and ensuring that training meets the modern requirements of the beauty industry. The conclusions emphasize that innovative methods of professional training contribute to the development of flexible competencies, enhance the adaptability of graduates to industry needs, and stimulate the advancement of educational innovations in the field of nail technology. Further research should focus on an in-depth analysis of the impact of these methods on the results of professional training and the development of recommendations for improving educational programs in this area.
