Abstract

The publication is dedicated to addressing the issue of digitalization of pedagogical education, describing pedagogical innovations used in distance learning. Modernization of the educational process calls for the introduction of modern educational technologies that would take into account technological developments, as well as the specifics of a teacher's work with information and communication technologies, and work with electronic information banks to update educational and methodological equipment. The purpose of the article is to reveal the content of the digitalization of pedagogical education in the context of distance learning. Methods. The goal was achieved by using methods of analysis and synthesis of psychological, pedagogical and educational and methodological literature to reveal the process of digitalization of education, the features of professional and pedagogical communication in distance learning, and ways to improve the digital literacy of teachers; descriptive, which allowed us to highlight the mechanisms for developing and implementing information and communication technologies in the educational process, which contribute to achieving the quality of education. Results. The digitalization of the educational sector puts forward requirements for changing the format of professional and pedagogical communication, which is manifested in the psychological and pedagogical support of applicants, the pace of learning is modified depending on the educational requests and capabilities of applicants, the didactic dialogue demonstrates information richness, which is achieved through quick access to knowledge content. Processing information resources, working with library funds, and electronic educational and methodological content allows not only to familiarize yourself with the experience of working with applicants in distance learning conditions, but also to conduct analytics and select the necessary didactic resource, which will enable high-quality training of applicants – future specialists. The use of information and communication technologies enables the implementation of differentiated learning technologies, allows you to optimize the workload, use productive forms of organizing students’ educational activities, take into account social demand (domestic and international labor markets), public demand for the provision of educational services and their quality. Prompt and free access to library funds and electronic educational and methodological resources makes it possible to construct knowledge content on an integrative basis, which allows for the active use of problematic, partially search-based, and professionally oriented tasks. The implementation of interdisciplinary connections also makes it possible to use the experience of analyzing the object under study at different levels of the organization, other industries, etc. Developing a teacher’s/lecturer’s pedagogical skills in the process of working with computer networks also consists of a competent combination of modern developments in a particular field and their introduction into the content of the knowledge content. An important aspect of developing a teacher's pedagogical skills is also working with terminological vocabulary. Lexicographic literacy allows you to form categorical and conceptual content, introduce terms into the content of the didactic dialogue with students, working with which encourages thinking operations, and also contributes to the formation of the cognitive level of the scientific picture of the world, the ability to formulate a problem using industry terms.
