Abstract

Abstract: The article investigates the problem of increasing the physical fitness of future specialists in sports and health tourism by means of fitness in higher education institutions. The current state of physical fitness of students of the tourism profile is analyzed, the main shortcomings of traditional programs and insufficient adaptation of training classes to the professional requirements of tourism activities are identified. It is concluded that to ensure the safe and effective performance of physically intensive tasks by students, it is necessary to use a systematic and comprehensive approach that takes into account the development of aerobic endurance, strength qualities, coordination skills, flexibility and psychophysiological stability. The importance of physical fitness as a key factor in professional activity in the field of sports and health tourism is revealed, since a high level of development of physical qualities provides the ability to perform long and intensive physical loads, adapt to different natural conditions and effectively manage one's own resources during multi-day hikes. The paper describes the possibilities of using various types of fitness, including aerobic, strength, functional, interval and dance, as well as combined programs that provide comprehensive development of students' physical qualities and form readiness for real conditions of tourism activities. Special attention is paid to the implementation of modern fitness technologies as a means of individualization and differentiation of physical activity. The use of digital devices for monitoring heart rate, assessment of recovery, subjective load (RPE), strength tests and other indicators allows you to create personalized training programs, timely adjust the volume and intensity of classes and assess the progress of students. It is proven that the use of such technologies increases the effectiveness of the educational process, helps reduce the risk of overload and injuries, and also forms a stable motivation for systematic physical activity. Based on the conducted research, practical recommendations for integrating fitness programs into the training system of future specialists in sports and health tourism are formulated. They involve the use of cyclic training programs with a gradual increase in load, a combination of different types of fitness, regular monitoring of physiological indicators and systematic evaluation of results through diaries and control tables. The implementation of the proposed approaches contributes to the formation of a high level of physical fitness of students, their professional competence and readiness to perform complex tasks in tourism activities.
