The impact of technological progress on education in an environment of rapid change

The purpose of the study is to analyze the impact of technological progress on the educational process in conditions of rapid social change. In the modern world, where technologies are constantly developing, it is important to study how these changes affect the accessibility, quality and structure of education. To achieve the goal, a comprehensive approach was used, combining quantitative and qualitative research methods. The scientific literature and current research on the integration of technologies into the educational process of higher education institutions were analyzed, which made it possible to identify the main tools: interactive whiteboards, online platforms, virtual reality, artificial intelligence and mobile educational applications. The results of the study indicate that technological progress expands access to education thanks to online courses and open educational resources. Despite the fact that adaptive platforms and artificial intelligence can significantly increase the effectiveness of personalization of learning, their implementation faces challenges, the main of which is unequal access to digital resources. The changing role of the teacher requires new skills, while students must master self-organization and time management. The study also revealed problems of non-compliance with the principles of academic integrity in distance learning. Based on the results obtained, prospects for the development of education through the integration of artificial intelligence, big data and blended learning were formulated, which will contribute to the creation of an adaptive and inclusive educational environment. The conclusions indicate that technological progress has a significant impact on the educational process, creating new opportunities and challenges. The integration of artificial intelligence, big data and blended learning opens up new prospects for improving educational processes. To ensure equal access to education and support academic integrity, it is necessary to develop strategies that take into account the ethical aspects of technological innovations. Only a conscious approach to the implementation of technologies can transform the educational environment in accordance with the needs of modern society.
