Abstract

Abstract: The article explores an integrative approach to the formation of a healthy lifestyle by combining therapeutic physical culture, tourism activities and athletics. An analysis of modern scientific sources has been conducted, highlighting the effectiveness of each of these areas in the prevention of diseases, the development of physical qualities, improving the psycho-emotional state and forming motivation for regular physical activity. It has been revealed that, despite numerous studies of individual components, there is a lack of comprehensive models and practical programs for integrating them into systemic educational and health processes. The importance of therapeutic physical culture as a means of prevention and restoration of health, which ensures individualization of loads and correction of functional disorders, is considered. The health potential of tourism activities, which combines physical development, psycho-emotional recovery and socio-educational effect, as well as the role of athletics in the formation of motor qualities, endurance, strength, speed and coordination, is outlined. The ways of integrating these areas into a single system of forming a healthy lifestyle are analyzed, in particular, the consistent combination of restorative and developmental components, individualization of programs, inclusion in the educational and recreational process, interdisciplinary interaction of specialists and creation of a motivational basis for participants. Practical recommendations are proposed for the implementation of integrative programs in schools, universities, sports and recreation facilities and tourist centers, taking into account age, physiological and psychosocial characteristics. The article emphasizes that the complex combination of therapeutic physical culture, tourist activities and athletics creates a synergistic effect, contributes to the strengthening of physical and mental health, forms a stable motivation for an active lifestyle and provides long-term positive results in the field of recovery and disease prevention. The proposed recommendations can be used by teachers, trainers, rehabilitation specialists and organizers of health and tourism activities for the practical implementation of integrative programs.
