Abstract

Compositional training of athletes in complex coordination sports is one of the key areas of the training process, ensuring the integration of technical, artistic and aesthetic components of sportsmanship. It covers the processes of music selection, selection and arrangement of technical elements, creation and improvement of compositions, as well as the formation of an individual style of performance of an athlete. It is thanks to this type of training that sports programs acquire completeness, artistic value and the ability to demonstrate the uniqueness of the performer. In modern conditions, when competitive activity is evaluated not only from a technical, but also from an aesthetic and artistic point of view, the importance of compositional training is significantly increasing. Its feature is interdisciplinary: the coach must have knowledge of musicology, choreography, pedagogy, psychology and sports methodology. At the same time, a systematic approach to the organization of compositional training in scientific literature has not existed for a long time. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the structure and content of the compositional training of athletes in complex coordination sports, as well as to determine its role in increasing the effectiveness of the training process and the competitiveness of athletes in competitions of various levels. Research objectives: to analyze the scientific and methodological literature on the issues of compositional training in technical and aesthetic sports and to reveal the importance of the selection and composition of music in the formation of the individual style of athletes. Materials and methods of the study. To achieve the goal, the following methods were used: theoretical analysis of scientific and methodological literature on the problem of compositional training; comparative analysis; pedagogical observation; generalization of the practical experience of leading coaches in the field of technical and aesthetic sports. Results. The selection and composition of music is one of the most important stages of the staging period. Music should correspond to the individual characteristics of the athlete: age, psychophysical development, external data, level of technical and emotional preparedness. It not only creates an artistic atmosphere of the performance, but also helps to reveal the individuality of the performer. The musical repertoire in technical and aesthetic sports is distinguished by its diversity: from classical and folk-characteristic works to jazz, pop, disco and soundtracks. The choice of style (sports, etude-figurative, dance) determines the general direction of the composition and allows you to narrow the search for musical material. Experience shows that the most effective is equal work on all components of the composition: elements, combinations, combinations and the program as a whole. Extreme approaches (excessive practice of only elements or endless repetition of the entire composition without detailing) are ineffective. Conclusions. Compositional preparation is a multi-level process that includes the selection of music, technical elements, their combination and coordination into a single holistic program. It is carried out in two periods - staging and training, each of which has its own stages and tasks. The quality of musical accompaniment and its correspondence to the individual characteristics of the athlete are the determining factors of the artistic value of the composition. Rational planning of the training process, equal attention to all components of the composition and consideration of the requirements of the competition rules ensure a high level of preparedness of athletes.
