Abstract

Abstract: In today's conditions, educational institutions have many key tasks that need to be successfully solved. Practitioners and scientists are looking for ways to effectively reform institutions based on the updated legislative framework and innovations in the education system. The key to a successful solution to this problem is the study, analysis and generalization of the experience of organizing the educational process of Ukrainian author's schools. There is always some author's innovation of the creative manifestation of the institution's manager or a team of like-minded people. The history of schooling is rich in manifestations of innovations in the educational process, which were ahead of the time of changes in the education system of Ukraine. The experience of individual author's schools has been thoroughly studied by researchers in the field of pedagogy, popularized in scientific and popular science publications, and implemented in educational practice, in particular, this is the school of V. Sukhomlynsky, O. Zakharenko, I. Tkachenko, M. Huzyk. Time changes society, the tasks of preparing citizens for state building change, therefore, the problem of studying and generalizing the experience of modern author's schools, which in difficult conditions of quarantine and full-scale war continue their creative, innovative activities, is relevant. Educational institutions in the south of Ukraine, in particular, the Kherson region, are experiencing particularly difficult conditions. Among such institutions, it is worth noting the school of humanitarian work of the Kherson community The purpose of our research is to study the implementation of the principles of education in this author's institution. The principles of education are the fundamental principles that all institutions of the education system must adhere to, but each has its own peculiarities of their implementation. The School of Humanitarian Work has been accumulating such experience for thirty years, constantly updating and improving the educational process.
