Abstract: The article is devoted to the analysis and integration of international experience in professional training of psychologists to work with children in extreme conditions. The relevance of the integration of international experience into the professional training of psychologists to work in extreme conditions, which is due to global trends and urgent needs of Ukraine, has historically been implemented in three fundamentally different ways: integration, implementation and invasion. Objective. The purpose of the work is to theoretically study and analyze the experience of world pedagogical practice in professional training of psychologists to work with children in extreme conditions in order to determine effective conditions for training specialists and their integration into the higher education system of Ukraine. To achieve the goal of the study, a set of methods was used, including theoretical analysis, synthesis, comparison, as well as systematization and generalization of data obtained from scientific publications, educational programs and practical experience of leading world centers. Special attention is paid to the comparative analysis of approaches used in Israel, the USA and the countries of the European Union, which have significant experience in working with the consequences of traumatic events. The results of the study indicate that the existing approaches to training psychologists in Ukraine are often fragmentary and do not always take into account the specifics of working with childhood trauma. Three fundamentally different ways of borrowing foreign experience are highlighted: integration, implementation, and invasion. It is substantiated that only integration, which involves not just transferring, but adapting and synthesizing foreign models with a unique Ukrainian context, is the most effective way. The study allowed us to make conclusions that the future of psychological education in Ukraine is not associated with the simple replication of international experience, but with the development of an original integrated model of professional training. Such a model must meet global requirements and standards, while simultaneously incorporating the unique Ukrainian socio-cultural context. It is this approach that will ensure the formation of highly qualified specialists who will not only be competitive in the international labor market, but also be maximally effective for Ukrainian society in conditions of crisis and transformational changes.Downloads
