Abstract

Abstract: The article examines the features of the formation of a professional and design culture of a future pedagogue in the field of design in the context of the integration of artistic, design and pedagogical training. The purpose of the study is to determine the structural components and functional relationships of professional-project culture, substantiate the methodological principles of its development and analyze the role of integrating marketing strategies into professional training, as well as identify the practical effects of implementing such approaches in the educational process. The research methods include an analysis of scientific sources on the issues of professional education and design, a generalization of modern approaches to the formation of competencies, a system-structural analysis of the relationships between the cognitive, activity, value and personal components of culture, as well as a comparative analysis of the results of student projects of various types. In the process of the research, it was established that the design-production, socio-cultural and educational spheres are key in the formation of a professional design culture, ensuring a holistic combination of knowledge, practical skills, ethical guidelines and personal qualities that are necessary for effective activity in the field of design and education. The results show that the integration of artistic and design competencies with pedagogical and marketing approaches contributes to the formation of innovative thinking, creativity, entrepreneurial culture, self-reflection, and the ability to effectively implement pedagogical, educational, and creative projects. The conclusions emphasize the importance of professional project culture as a factor in training a competitive specialist of the new generation capable of self-realization, critical thinking and productive interaction in an educational and cultural environment, as well as its importance for the formation of an integrated, cross-disciplinary approach in design and pedagogy.
