Formation of professional identity of cadets of higher military educational institutions

The article is devoted to the study of the complex process of professional identity formation among cadets during their studies at higher military educational institutions (VVNOZ). The purpose of this work is to study and analyze the processes that contribute to the formation of the professional identity of cadets. The research used such methods as analysis, synthesis, generalization. In the results of the study, the key aspects affecting this process were considered: psychological, educational, social, motivational and external factors. Theoretical approaches to the formation of professional identity were analyzed, psychological factors that contribute to the development of self-awareness and emotional stability of cadets were studied, educational methods and programs that ensure effective assimilation of knowledge and skills were evaluated. Special attention is paid to the role of the social environment, mentoring and motivational factors in the formation of professional identity. It is determined through which stages the professional identity of cadets is formed. A number of challenges faced by the formation of the cadets’ professional identity are highlighted. It has been proven that interactive learning methods, such as role-playing games, simulations and situational tasks, significantly increase the effectiveness of training cadets, contributing to the development of their practical skills and professional identity. The influence of external socio-political and economic conditions was also investigated. On the basis of the obtained results, recommendations were developed to improve the system of training cadets at VVNIZ to increase their professional competence and readiness to perform official duties in modern conditions. The conclusions conclude that the formation of the professional identity of cadets of higher military educational institutions can ensure a high level of professional training of future officers only by integrating various aspects of complex and multifaceted training and education, which require a systematic approach and constant improvement.
