Abstract

In the context of digital transformation in education, physical training for students must be based on contemporary advancements in digital technologies and ensure their rational implementation in accordance with educational goals and the development of individual competencies. Purpose. The study aims to identify modern digital technologies that enhance the physical training of students under conditions of increased personalization of educational services. Methods. The use of methods of scientific generalization and systematization made it possible to identify key digital technologies suitable for improving the effectiveness of physical education in educational institutions. Based on a comparative analysis, the advantages and limitations of using digital technologies in students’ physical training were determined. Results. The study identified the main digital tools and the criteria for their rational use that contribute to increasing the effectiveness of students’ physical training in conditions of personalized learning and limited opportunities for in-person participation. Factors influencing the growth of students’ motivation to engage in physical exercise using digital technologies were analyzed. Conclusions. It was established that modern information technologies serve as an important means of personalizing and expanding access to various forms of physical activity during students’ general training. Their use enables the stimulation and rational planning of students’ physical activity. The main software products and devices that optimize physical activity according to accessibility, controllability, and communication criteria were identified. The necessity of a systematic application of these technologies in accordance with students’ individual needs and abilities was demonstrated. The integration of digital technologies as an auxiliary tool into the traditional system of physical training for students was substantiated.
