Abstract

Abstract: The study aims to systematize the competence of a choreographer-director and develop an integrative model of interdisciplinary competence, which reflects the complex nature of professional activity in the field of choreographic art. The research methods include theoretical analysis of professional literature and educational standards; systematization of competencies by thematic groups; modeling of professional activity through a three-level concentric structure; operationalization of competencies through the definition of specific behavioral indicators; development of diagnostic tools and strategies for the formation of interdisciplinary competence. The results revealed and systematized ten groups of choreographer-director competencies (professional-technical, creative, pedagogical, organizational-managerial, communicative, analytical, adaptive, technical, cultural, ethical-professional) with specific behavioral indicators for each competency. An integrative model of interdisciplinary competence has been developed, which includes three levels: the core (choreographic identity as a source of creativity authenticity), the inner circle (four professional blocks: artistic-creative, pedagogical-communicative, organizational-technological, scientific-analytical with key interdisciplinary competencies), the outer circle (five contextual factors). A four-level scale of competence development has been defined. Practical assessment and development tools have been described: individual planning with six stages (diagnostics, identification of deficiencies, setting priorities, planning training, project practice, reflection), as well as the methodology of interdisciplinary audit of the production with questions for each block. Conclusions. The developed model demonstrates that the effective activity of a choreographer is based on inter-block synergy and the ability to transdisciplinary thinking. The proposed approach transforms the training of specialists from narrow specialization to broad interdisciplinary education. The practical value lies in the possibility of application for the reform of educational programs, objective certification and targeted support of professional growth at different stages of a career.
