Abstract: Modern trends in the development of primary education necessitate the integration of new approaches to managing the educational process to ensure its quality, guarantee compliance with new standards and international requirements, and increase the competitive advantages of the institution. Objective. The purpose of the article is to analyze current strategies for managing the educational process in a modern primary school. Methods. The research methodology included general scientific methods: analysis and synthesis, comparison, structural-logical method, systematization, generalization, and abstraction. Results. The study identified key vectors for the transformation of primary education, in particular, the introduction of forms of distance and blended learning, the integration of digital tools and artificial intelligence, which is reflected in learning management systems. The key components of the education quality management system were determined, including quality policy and strategy, tools and procedures, and seamless feedback. The key advantages of integrating innovative approaches into primary education as a concept for improving its quality are considered, including the individualization of education and the development of inclusiveness, expanding the boundaries of educational methodology, increasing student interest and motivation. The challenges of modern education management are determined, including uneven resource provision, insufficient staff competence, and the need to unify approaches to digitalization of management processes. Conclusions. The study identifies the main trends in the development of educational process management in modern primary education: transformation of education quality standards, dynamics of monitoring approaches, the need to develop a system of measures to improve quality and procedures for its provision. It is substantiated that management in primary education involves the establishment of methodological work in schools, conducting open lessons for teachers, targeted seminars and mutual attendance of lessons, involving stakeholders, and focusing on continuous improvement.
