Abstract

Abstract: Objective. Interpersonal skills are an important component of medical professionals' expertise and play a critical role in ensuring effective medical practice. These skills include communication, empathy, emotional stability, the ability to resolve conflicts constructively, and effective collaboration within medical teams. In the medical field, a high level of interpersonal skills is necessary not only for the correct diagnosis and treatment of patients, but also for maintaining the psychological health of the workers themselves, reducing stress levels, and preventing burnout. The article discusses pedagogical approaches to the formation of interpersonal skills in medical workers in the process of professional education. The aim of the study is to analyse modern methods and technologies that contribute to the development of skills such as communication, emotional stability, conflict management, and teamwork among doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals. The methodology includes an analysis of scientific research and an evaluation of pedagogical technologies such as interactive training, role-playing games, simulations, and virtual platforms. Results. Interactive teaching methods, such as simulations, role-playing games, and interprofessional learning, have been found to be most effective for developing interpersonal skills in healthcare professionals. Studies have shown that the use of new technologies, such as virtual simulations and online platforms, can significantly improve the communication and emotional skills of healthcare professionals, ensuring their development in realistic conditions without risk to patients. The impact of such approaches on increasing professionalism, reducing medical errors, and preventing emotional burnout among healthcare professionals has been assessed. Conclusions indicate the need to integrate interpersonal skills into medical education at all stages of professional activity, which will contribute to improving the quality of medical services and harmonious interaction within medical teams.
