Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the peculiarities of internships for master students of vocational education, in particular, the advantages of using such an interactive form as pedagogical trainings in the training of future vocational teachers. Trainings for the formation and development of various competencies have already proved to be the most effective ways to develop professional competence, especially in new or changing conditions of the educational process.

During the training sessions, students are immersed in quasi-professional learning activities which contribute to the active development of their personal qualities and significantly increase their readiness for future professional activities. In other words, training is a specially created model of a life situation in which a person gains certain experience and is not afraid to make mistakes due to the artificiality of the situation. Various training programs are designed to teach students how to overcome difficulties, personal and professional risks.

The goals of any training program are specific and involve the formation, development or improvement of certain professional competencies.

The presented typology of pedagogical trainings allows for a more reasoned and consistent construction of the stages of preparation for pedagogical practices and their organization. Each type of practice corresponds to a specific type of pedagogical training - educational and professional, research, educational and design, integrative.

When considering the research problem, the following methods of scientific research were used: analysis, synthesis, abstraction, generalization - to study normative educational documents and scientific literature; as well as SWOT analysis to assess the strengths and weaknesses of the training as a form of organizing the pedagogical practice of future masters of vocational training.
