Abstract

The relevance of the study stems from the growing role of logistics processes in ensuring the functioning of modern infocommunication systems, where data flow management, optimisation of digital platform resources, and service continuity require a high level of professional training. The purpose of the work is to build, design and verify the effectiveness of pedagogical and technological conditions that ensure the development of integrated professional ability to work with digital system flows. The methodological basis comprises the system, activity, and competency approaches, as well as methods of modelling, pedagogical design, experimental testing, analysis of network processes, and diagnostics of professional results. As a result of the study, the structural components of the logistics competence of future infocommunication specialists were substantiated, reflecting the cognitive, operational, analytical, managerial and communicative aspects of professional activity. The content of interdisciplinary integration, which ensures the coordination of logistical, information, communication, and managerial knowledge during professional training, was specified. On this basis, the pedagogical, technological, and organisational conditions that contribute to the phased development of logistics competence have been identified, and a conceptual model for their implementation in the educational process has been developed. Within the framework of the study, a set of criteria and corresponding indicators for assessing the level of formation of logistics competence has been developed, and a characteristic level of development for this competence has been proposed, ranging from the basic to the professionally integrated level. The created system allows for a structured, methodically substantiated assessment of the development of professional abilities necessary for working with the flow processes of digital networks. Conclusions. The developed model and diagnostic tools enable the holistic development of logistics competence in future infocommunication specialists, as they combine digital modelling, data flow analysis, work with network platforms, and practically oriented learning situations.
