The study is relevant because it aims to improve the management strategies of educational institutions' administrations in the context of the expansion of inclusive practices and the diversification of the student contingent. Effective management of the inclusive school space is a key prerequisite for ensuring equal access to quality education and creating a favorable educational environment for all students. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the theoretical foundations and determine effective areas of activity of the administration of the educational institution aimed at the formation and development of an inclusive school space, which provides an approach to access to quality education, taking into account all educational needs of students and creating conditions for their successful socialization and educational interaction. Methods. A systematic analysis of scientific sources, regulatory legal acts and international recommendations on inclusive education was carried out using methods of comparison, generalization, conceptualization and content analysis of modern management models to determine the essence of the management strategies of the administration of the educational institution and their impact on the formation of an inclusive school environment. Results. The analysis showed that the management strategies of an educational institution's administration are identified as a key tool for fostering an inclusive school environment, the effectiveness of which depends on a complex combination of regulatory, personnel, resource, and partnership decisions. The leading strategies are identified: regulatory and legal, personnel and professional, resource management, and partnership interaction and monitoring, which ensure the systematic development of inclusion. The generalization of the research results provides grounds for asserting that the developed integrated management model is focused on fostering a favorable, inclusive educational environment and ensuring equal conditions for education seekers. Conclusions. The management strategies of an educational institution play a key role in the formation and development of an inclusive school space, as management decisions determine the systematicity, coherence, and effectiveness of the implementation of inclusive practices. The analysis shows that an effective inclusive policy requires a combination of strategic planning, professional support for teaching staff, the development of partnerships with parents, and the involvement of external specialists. Essential conditions for the successful development of an inclusive environment include creating institutional mechanisms for psychological and pedagogical support, ensuring accessibility of the educational space, and implementing adaptive learning approaches.
