Issues of research into the practical state of readiness of future heads of educational institutions for the use of innovative management technologies are considered. The relevance and importance of the problem of the readiness of future heads of educational institutions to apply innovative management technologies is due to the need to resolve the contradiction between the modern requirements for the professional activity of the future head of an educational institution as a complete personality, a subject of management capable of self-development, construction and application of innovative management technologies, and the real state of his practical readiness to implement such activities. It is the heads of educational institutions who should become the driving force behind the creation and provision of qualitatively new national education. To achieve the goal of our research, we used the methods of questionnaires, interviews, and self-assessment of the levels of readiness of future managers to apply innovative management technologies, which made it possible to find out the practical state of readiness of future managers, to identify professionally significant qualities necessary for managers to carry out such activities. Based on the study of the practical state of readiness of future managers, it was established that managers have an insufficient level of knowledge and do not know how to apply innovative management technologies, which can negatively affect the performance of management functions, inhibit the achievement of the established goal of the educational institution and ensure the quality of education of students.Downloads
