Abstract

The article discusses the theoretical and methodological foundations of developing the managerial competence of future cybersecurity specialists using training technologies. The relevance of the study is determined by the growing requirements for professional and managerial competence of cybersecurity professionals, which necessitates the introduction of innovative, practice-oriented teaching methods into the system of professional education. The essence of training technologies is revealed as an effective means of forming integrated competencies, in particular managerial, communicative, analytical, and socio-psychological ones. The main pedagogical approaches underlying the application of training methods are analyzed, including the competency-based, activity-based, learner-centered, systemic, and andragogical approaches. Their significance in ensuring active participation of learners in the educational process, developing critical thinking, decision-making skills, teamwork abilities, and professional reflection is substantiated. The scientific views of domestic and foreign researchers on the potential of training technologies in the professional training of technical specialists are highlighted. It is emphasized that the use of training methods in the preparation of future cybersecurity specialists contributes to the integration of theoretical knowledge with practical activity, the modeling of professional situations, and the improvement of the quality of the educational process. The article concludes that the systematic implementation of training technologies in the professional education of cybersecurity specialists is an effective means of forming their managerial competence. The prospects for further scientific research are outlined, which consist in the development and experimental verification of a structural and functional model for forming managerial competence in future cybersecurity specialists through the use of training technologies in vocational and higher education institutions. The methodological foundations for the implementation of training technologies are defined, taking into account the specifics of professional activity in the field of cybersecurity, which involves working under conditions of uncertainty, a high level of responsibility, and the need for prompt management of information risks.
