Application features technologies of effective management in the conditions of confrontation of educational institutions destabilizing influences of external wartime factors.

. The article is devoted to the coverage of theoretical and practical aspects of the introduction of tools of the operational-tactical level of management of educational institutions in conditions of full-scale military aggression. The war caused the emergence of systemic crisis phenomena and the emergence of new challenges that prompted Ukrainian educational managers to revise the forms and methods of management of the educational organization. The purpose of the study is to reveal the peculiarities of the implementation of tactical and operational management of a modern educational institution in conditions of confrontation with the destabilizing effects of an aggressive external environment.
To achieve the goal of the study, a complex of modern general scientific and special methods and approaches of scientific knowledge was used, such as: analysis and synthesis, abstract-logical, decomposition (to describe the features of the operational-tactical level of control and mechanisms for their effective use in difficult conditions of functioning); Theoretical Modeling to develop an algorithm of managerial actions of the head of the educational institution to respond to external challenges from the positions of different levels of management).
As a result of the study, a comparative analysis of the differences in educational management of the pre-war and military periods was carried out; it is confirmed that operational and tactical management in an aggressive external environment is a key element of effective management of an educational institution.
In addition, the study allowed us to determine the current management tasks that determine the activation of various areas of change in wartime conditions, to highlight the tasks facing the head of the educational institution, as well as to outline the tools for their implementation. The use of leading mechanisms of tactical and operational management by educational managers of the Zaporizhzhya region under the influence of an aggressive external environment made it possible to ensure an uninterrupted educational process and optimal achievement of educational results. Thanks to effective management decisions, the implementation of distance learning for different categories of applicants for education was ensured, the contingent of students remaining in the temporarily occupied territories (hereinafter TOT) was preserved, a productive pedagogical interaction was established between all subjects of the educational process that are in different territorial accessibility.
