The purpose of this study is to develop and theoretically substantiate a conceptual model of adaptation of training load for female basketball players, based on a matrix of differentiation by level of sportsmanship and academic workload. Methods. The methodological basis was a theoretical analysis of scientific and methodological literature. Generalization and classification methods were used to substantiate the differentiation criteria. The leading method - modeling, allowed us to develop a conceptual "Adaptation Matrix" through synthesis. The forecasting method was also used to substantiate the effectiveness of the model and a systematic approach to integrate all components. Results. A conceptual model of adaptation of training load was developed, based on two key differentiation criteria: levels of sports fitness (Group A - high, Group B - medium, Group C - basic) and levels of current academic workload (low, medium, high). A dynamic matrix structure (“Adaptation Matrix”) is presented, which offers specific modes of training effects (in terms of volume, intensity and direction) for each possible combination of these criteria. Control mechanisms (pedagogical, medical-biological, psychological) are substantiated to ensure timely correction of loads. Conclusions. It is theoretically predicted that the implementation of the developed model will allow harmonizing educational and sports activities, reducing the risk of overtraining, burnout and injuries, as well as increasing sports performance through rational use of “windows of opportunity” in the academic calendar and avoiding cumulative stress during sessions.Downloads
