Abstract

The introduction of new theoretical developments into the practice of sports training requires careful experimental verification of their effectiveness and validity. This is especially relevant in women's student basketball, where the specifics of combining academic and sports activities require adaptive load management strategies. However, the lack of standardized testing algorithms complicates the objective assessment of innovative methods and their integration into the educational and training process of higher education institutions. The purpose of the study is to substantiate and develop a comprehensive methodology for testing an adaptively differentiated model of annual training for female basketball players. Methods of research: theoretical analysis and generalization of literary sources, system analysis, modeling, questionnaires, expert evaluation method. Results of research. A three-stage implementation system has been developed, which includes the preparatory, main and final stages of organizing the study. A detailed step-by-step algorithm has been created that regulates the researcher's actions from preliminary screening and group formation to final statistical data processing. Diagnostic tools for the preparatory stage are presented, in particular, a questionnaire for assessing the condition of female athletes and a form for expert assessment of the model by specialists. Mechanisms for comprehensive monitoring during the main stage are determined. Conclusions. The proposed methodology allows for a comprehensive and objective verification of the effectiveness of the adaptively differentiated model in the conditions of a real training process. The developed practical tools create the necessary basis for implementing the preparatory stage of the pedagogical experiment and ensuring the validity of the results obtained. Systematic application of the algorithm will contribute to the optimization of the training of female basketball students through scientifically based management of both training and educational loads, taking into account the individual characteristics of the female body.
