Abstract

Objective. The purpose of the research is to increase the effectiveness of professional training of future specialists in the field of physical culture and sports through the purposeful integration of elements of animation activities, game and competitive forms into the content of theoretical and practical disciplines. Methods: theoretical analysis of literature; questionnaire method; mathematical statistics method. Participants: third-year students (30 people) of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports of the H. S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University. Results. Animation tools have been developed and implemented in the educational process within theoretical and practical disciplines to develop professional skills in organizing physical activity, improving technical preparedness, stimulating cognitive activity among students, and increasing their motivation to learn. The learning process involved sports-oriented outdoor games, game exercises with variable rules, relays with elements of the chosen sport, role-playing games, sports games with simplified rules, outdoor games for interaction and communication, sports quests, flash mobs, educational and cognitive games, as well as demonstration videos and animated diagrams illustrating the sequence of exercises and methods of explaining them. A comparative analysis of the results of the questionnaire before and after the pedagogical experiment showed a generally positive trend in the attitude of students towards educational activities. A statistically significant increase in the number of positive responses regarding practical and theoretical disciplines, as well as interest in the use of animation tools, was recorded, which indicates the effectiveness of the implemented methodology (p<0.05; 0.001). Conclusions. Animation activities are a promising and methodologically sound direction for the professional training of future specialists in the field of physical culture and sports. The use of animation activities within professionally oriented disciplines and practical training increases the motivation of students to learn, stimulates their cognitive and motor activity, and develops their communication and organizational skills.
