Pedagogical Potential of Digital Technologies in the Formation of Artistic (Professional) Competencies of Higher Education Students in Art Specialties

The article addresses the issue of using digital technologies in the system of higher art education in the context of forming artistic (professional) competencies of students. The relevance of the study is due to the processes of digitalization of education and the need to update methodological approaches to the professional training of future specialists in the field of art. The purpose of the article is to provide a theoretical substantiation and analysis of the pedagogical potential of digital technologies in the formation of artistic (professional) competencies of higher education students in art specialties, as well as to identify the conditions and directions for their effective application in the educational process. Methods. The study employs methods of theoretical analysis and systematization of scientific sources in pedagogy, art education, and digital technologies; comparative analysis of traditional and digital forms of art education; and the method of logical and structural generalization to substantiate the pedagogical conditions for integrating digital tools into the professional training of future art specialists. Results. The content of the concept of artistic (professional) competencies is clarified as an integrated construct that combines professional knowledge, practical skills, creative experience, artistic and imaginative thinking, and the ability for professional reflection. Pedagogical conditions for the effective use of digital technologies in higher art education are identified, including pedagogically grounded integration of digital and traditional forms of learning, individualization of students’ educational trajectories, reflective support of creative activities, and the professional readiness of teachers for digital integration. Conclusions. It is emphasized that digital technologies in higher art education should be considered as a full-fledged means of pedagogical influence on the formation of artistic (professional) competencies, the effectiveness of which depends on methodologically sound implementation and the level of digital culture of participants in the educational process.Downloads
